<span style="color:#f2f2f2"><strong><em>Thus says The Lord to His watchman:</em></strong> Timothy, hear the voice of The Lord your God and give heed, and obey all I command you. Give unto this strange people a testimony, an example, even in your own body every Sabbath, the seventh day of each week. No, not on the first, nor on the second, but on the seventh you shall take up a fast.<br />
You shall partake of no food or drink, save bread without leaven and purified water. This shall be for a testimony to My people, to those who are near and to those who remain afar off. For My watchmen shall eat no earthly bread, nor drink from any man-made fountain. They shall receive only that which comes down from their Father in Heaven. Freely you have received, Timothy, freely give.</span></p>
